INTERBANK ARBITRATION COMMITTEE
Is responsible for ensuring adherence to ethics and professional practice. This aspect of the Nigeria Bank Audit investigates complaints, seek-out facts, report and make recommendations to the Executive Committee [EXCO] on matters of illegal or unethical practices among members. The Committee engages in deliberations and by unanimous vote of the Committee members or members present at a meeting, recommend appropriate action on the dispute to EXCO. Following the approval of the recommendation(s) of the Committee, the EXCO then presents the decision(s) to members at the Association’s General Meeting for information and ratification before such decision(s) are communicated to the parties concerned in writing for implementation. EMERGING ISSUES COMMITTEE
This Sub-Committee of the Nigeria bank audits is responsible for ensuring the continuous professional development of members and Audit Executives of banks through training, workshops and seminars. RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION COMMITTEE
This Sub-Committee of the Nigeria bank audits is the image-making arm of the Association. It is responsible for research into new areas requiring the attention of the Association. It also handles the publication of ACAEBIN official quarterly Magazine, ‘The Eagle Eye’. It also creates visibility for ACAEBIN events, meetings and other programmes. Members include:

PAYMENT & SYSTEMS COMMITTEE
The Sub-Committee of the Nigeria Bank Audit liaises with the Police, EFCC, NFIU, SFU and other security agencies with a view to tackling identified security problems (challenges) facing the Banking industry from time to time. It also liaises with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Nigerian Interbank Settlement Systems (NIBSS) and other regulatory bodies to improve currency handling, payment systems etc. It has the following members:
